Our BRIK | 6 Week Boot Camp sessions are offered three times a year and are designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential, and you're welcome to start anytime! The BRIK Boot Camps are six weeks long and feature classes daily*. The classes consist of total body Cross-Training, Yoga-Pilates, Barre, TRX, Dance, Lift and more*!
These sessions offer great results in strength and stamina, weight loss, body fat loss, and an increase in endurance. We call them BRIKs because each one builds upon the other. We gradually add on to skills that are learned and perfected during the previous BRIKs to increase our overall fitness. Each Kaia exercise has three levels: Balance, Strength and Kaia.
